It occurred to me that you might like to add the following as well (in the 5 unused code points) ![image](https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/1655500/14676046/190b80e2-070c-11e6-8b33-eb6a66789eca.png) They are used to mean that the sharp or flat applies to all the subsequent (repeated) noteheads. The different heights of the horizontal arrow are so that it can always be placed in a space on the staff, never over a staffline. I dont think Stockhausen ever used any other accidentals.
