I don't know if anyone else uses Stockhausen's 3/4 sharp, but suspect that many of his students/followers do. Its actually not as impractical as one might think. Its no higher than the raised/lowered sharps, and fits nicely on a staff with white areas making it as legible as an ordinary sharp.
