Is there a particular reason to leave out right-hand pinky fingering 
for guitar? Here's a screenshot of the Guitar Pro UI, which by default
 uses p, i, m, a and c for the right-hand fingering.

In the Guitar Pro 6 notation preferences (File | Stylesheet | 
Notation), you can also change the right-hand fingering to a few 
different versions: pimac, pimax, pimae and timao. If we want to be 
complete, we should probably include all these?
