[smufl] Add "morsen" character to tremolos range

notator has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/smufl:

== Add "morsen" character to tremolos range ==
This character is used in many Stockhausen scores to denote "morsen" 
(slow irregular tremolo).
The thick beam on the left aligns on the stem in the same way as an 
ordinary tremolo beam (tremolo 1).
