Hello Joe, I get the feeling that there might be a misunderstanding here about the Stockhausen materials that you link to. What you seem to be interpreting as a "unique notational system" – I assume you are referring to the concentric graphic at the start of the page – is merely a eye-catchingly warped version of the piece's form scheme, which can be found further below on the same page. My guess is that the jazzed-up circly-woop version is actually the CD cover. The scheme itself as a notation has certainly been used just in its very conventional (dare I say: score-like) rectangular form – if it has been necessary for actual production at all. Alex
