comments on wiki page

Hi James,

I removed your most recent comments from the Architectural Proposals wiki
page because I feel that commentary (as opposed to additions or amendments)
is best handled on the mailing list to stimulate discussion, much as with
the Talk page.  I would be very happy to respond on the list to your
suggestions; to do this via initialed comments in the page will result in a
messy dialogue.
