agenda of MLW-LT / LIDER meeting 26 November

here is the agenda of the MLW-LT / LIDER meeting for 26 November (Tuesday)

We will start 9:30.

One important item for the LIDER people: we had discussed at the LIDER 
kickoff this workshop planning:

"General MLW workshop March 26 -- 27 (1/2 day), Madrid"

The timing won't work since we learnt today that this will overlap with 
the GALA 2014 conference

We would miss TCD folks and many people from the localization area who 
are needed in Madrid.

So in the 26 November / Tuesday meeting we will discuss alternative
