But if you want to discuss this during the transition call, feel free to 
do so. If there is pushback I'd argue that changing the link to the test 
suite without changing content of the test suite or other parts of the 
spec doesn't make anything invalid. The reason I won't do my action item 
to move the test suite

now is just timing: I won't have time for the move this week; and if we 
don't do the transition call this week very likely it won't happen until 
August, due to holidays.
