I'm not sure which repository you are using. Ant build file is present
in https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/ and all schema files
including its20.nvdl are there:

https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/blob/master/its2.0/schema/its20.nvdl

There is no Ant build file in https://github.com/kosek/html5-its-tools
which you seem trying to invoke.
