Hi,
I think that current draft no longer has any problems related to query
language, so I have removed that note.

Yes, I will work on schemas during this week. Of course it means that
during telcon we will agree on "freeze" of datacategories. For example
before updating schemas I need to know whether localization quality
precis will stay in ITS or will be removed for now.
