[all] text public announcement of last call

FYI, here's the test i'm using to announce the last call request on the
CNGL public mailing list in case you find that useful. I just slightly
modified Felix's original text.

** Opportunity to Review Last Call of W3C Internationalization Tag Set (ITS) Version 2.0 **

Recently the Internationalization Tag Set (ITS) 2.0 "last call" working
draft was published by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium):

http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-its20-20121206/

ITS 2.0 draft defines metadata ("data categories") to enhance the
quality of content authoring, localization and language technologies for
the creation of multilingual content. Applications and reference
implementations being developed can be found at:

http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/Use_cases_-_high_level_summary

The working draft is a "last call" draft, that is the W3C
MultilingualWeb-LT working group (which is developing ITS 2.0) assumes
that the draft is feature complete. From now on only explanatory
material is supposed to change.

Now we are looking for your feedback:

  * Does ITS 2.0 fulfil your needs?
  * Are the definitions of data categories technically sound?
  * Can you envisage easily implementing ITS 2.0 in your tools,
application scenarios and business / customer cases? If not, what
    should be changed?
  * Can we make the recommendation easier to read and more 'user-friendly'?

The "last call" period is open until 10 January 2013.

Please send your feedback to public-multilingualweb-lt-comments@w3.org.
Use "Comment on ITS 2.0 specification WD" in the subject line of your
email. Before sending your mail, please subscribe to the list via this link:

We very much look forward to your feedback.

Best regards,
