I have updated the translate tests and also corrected translate7html output. The details for the updates are as follows: https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/commit/761deabbadf2d7371ab848707fbc5ad5b1ed65fc and https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/commit/c363bed8d64220578f84649967e385b30e0bd97e The updates are used to show that defaults are working for translate in HTML. Feedback on these changes are welcome.
