Re: Test suite errors

I am looking at this provenanceRecords error and it doesn't make sense as *
version* is allowed on p*rovenanceRecords* and is seen in various other
files like *provenance7htmlstandoff.html *etc and is clearly shown been
used in the spec document also
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#provenance-local.
I made the necessary alteration to the file and the output will not be
affected but I think the file was correct in its previous form seen below.
