Linking to assertions from test suite

Hi all,

I'm wondering if we should link to assertions made in the test files. 
See an example I made for "translate" at

The content of "assertions" is generated from the master test suite file:
<inputfile location="inputdata/translate/xml/translate10xml.xml">
<description assertions="translate-global link-external-rules 
its-param">Global - Linked rules&lt;its:param&gt;</description>... 
</inputfile>

It has some value to make explicit what is actually being tested. But if 
we want to do that, we need to add the assertion IDs (= IDs from the 
ITS2 spec) to the "assertions" attributes. I did that for all 
"translate" files and it took about 1/2 hour.

Thoughts?
