Small change needed for text analysis tests

Hi all,

a small change is needed for text analysis: the URI
http://nerd.eurecom.fr/ontology#Place
has been changed to
http://nerd.eurecom.fr/ontology#Location
I changed the examples referenced from the ITS2 spec

Tadej or others, could you update the test suite files (input and 
expected output)?
