Thanks. I have commited schemas for XML into CVS repository, they are
available at:

http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/schemas/its20.nvdl

(you have to manually download also files referenced from this schema,
if you don't have CVS access to W3C servers).

Then you can use jing to validate test files:

java -jar jing.jar its20.nvdl your_file.xml
