Re: Update to test suite

Fredrik, Pablo,

I have updated the github to fix both of the errors that you guys have
pointed out in the output. I will now push forward with adding
disambiguation (latest version), provenance and its-tools tests (if it is
in the spec). Hopefully these updates will be posted by tomorrow evening.
