[bug] StorageSize

Leroy,

I checked in changes to two files, a missing h: and wrong rules file referenced.

There is some missing xml attribute in the output, missing "Pointer" strings. Spelling of ISO-8859-1.
I would suggest adding lineBreakType="lf" to all entries that display a storageSize value because it's a default value (within the category).
