http://www.w3.org/TR/its20/#html5-local-attributes says:
“Values of attributes which corresponds to data categories with a
predefined set of values MUST be matched case-insensitively. ”

Please change “case-insensitively” to “ASCII-case-insensitively” for
consistency with the rest of HTML.

(This has been implemented ASCII-case-insensitively in Validator.nu.)
