Hi, My name is Ljudevit and I'm a university researcher based in Croatia. Currently I'm investigating the user-friendliness of Croatia's hotel websites from the mobile user's perspective. Briefly, I expect the vast majority of Croatia's hotel websites to fail your mobileOK Checker. However, to my surprise, oftentimes I dont' get any results whatsoever. Stated differently, after entering the webisite's address, your mobileOK Checker shows 'The address is being checked. Please wait...', and I wait up to 25 minutes, but to no avail. For instance, I just typed the following URL: http://www.hotel-villadvor.hr/ and I got no result after more than 10 minutes. Should I interpret this idleness as a FAIL? From a research standpoint, I need to be able to explain and justify if many analyzed websites are not responsive. On a related note, do you have some rule of thumb on how long should I wait on your mobileOK Checker to return either a PASS or FAIL result - e.g. 1 minute? I truely appreciate your help.
