Hi, It would be fantastic if websites employing basic user authentication could be reviewed by the Mobile OK checker, as per e.g. the W3C Web-standards (XHTML & CSS) validators which pass through the site's login prompt and then review the page in question. Currently when pointing the Mobile OK to a site employing basic user authentication, neither the site's login prompt is displayed (unlike the validators) with submitting a page URL of the format username:password@URL also not working. For commercial confidentiality reasons I cannot share the web-pages wishing to be checked. Regards, T NOTE: Whenever possible, give the address of the document you were checking.. ________________________________ This e-mail was sent by GlaxoSmithKline Services Unlimited (registered in England and Wales No. 1047315), which is a member of the GlaxoSmithKline group of companies.
