Cutting a release now

Alrighty as that last bug appears fixed, and I updated the test
results so that they pass (the differences look legitimate, the result
of recent changes and fixes), I am proceeding with a release. I will
commit an updated deploy .jar file, label everything in CVS, and then
announce it's availability on the BPWG blog and mailing list as well.
Sounds good?
