I guess Sean is not yet in the office, but can I offer some suggestions
for this afternoon's call?

I think we should cover in detail the CTIC paper on third party tools
and we should look at error reporting in particular?

I started to address this in the latest check-in - which does UTF-8
validation and HTML validation using JHOVE. But the results are
disappointing.
