Make it official: weekly calls at 10am EST

I believe we have settled on Tuesdays at 10am EST for this groups
one-hour weekly status call. We managed to pull one off last week and
will do so again next week. Dom, could you set this up officially for
us? Just want to make sure we have a spot in Zakim's list of meetings.
