RE: September F2F Venue

Some indications about hotels in the zone would be welcome. I need to make reservations for hotels and flights before this week ends.

That works for me. 

Incidentally, the Novotel appears to be full for the 4 and 5 - is there
any virtue in coordinating accommodation from a transport pov, and in
any case does anyone know of what the next best option is?
