MATF Project Planning update for Second Draft

Hi everyone,

Today, Tanya and I went through all open issues to figure out our planning
for our Second Draft.

Most importantly we are looking for volunteers to help with drafting. See
also: Editorial Guideline Document

Next meeting we will survey to see who wants to participate. If you can't
attend, please reply to this e-mail whether you can or cannot help
drafting.

*Prioritized issues*
These issues are to be discussed in the group, to confirm that they should
be part of our second draft - and that we are able to draft them in time.

Our goal is to complete all issues by 1st of November, roughly 7 weeks from
today.

*Out of scope issues*
These issues are to be discussed with the group, to confirm that they are
out of scope. Upon agreement, they will be closed.

We have already closed subissues that are no longer relevant or duplicates
