NOTE 1: The participants in yesterdays meeting have accepted the proposal
text for 1.3.3 </>. If you don't agree with the decision, please reply to

NOTE 2: We decided to cancel the meetings on July 30 and August 6 to take a
short summer break. Next week, July 23, there will be a meeting. During the
summer break, I encourage everyone to work on one or more of the open
issues.
