Issues created on Github for discussed Success Criteria

Hi all,

I have created issues for the 10 Success Criteria which we have discussed
at: https://github.com/w3c/matf/issues

I've included the meeting minutes and a (generated) summary.

If you have any additional points to add, please leave a comment in the
issue.

If you are able to do additional research please add your findings as a
comment.

Things that need clarification:

   - Definition of set of Web pages / set of software programs in context
   of mobile apps
   - Hover with mouse in mobile web for 1.4.13
   - Methods to extract target size for 2.5.8
   - Ways of testing keyboard shortcuts for 2.1.4
   - Research ways of identifying autofill attributes and their
   availability for 1.3.5 (Joe?)

If you want to pick up one of these points, I suggest adding a comment in
the related issue to avoid multiple people doing the same research.

Next meeting we will also discuss 2.4.5 Multiple Ways, and potentially
3.1.1 Language of Page and/or 3.1.2 Language of Parts.

Next meeting is *June 5* due to my holiday - I will be hiking the West
Highland Way in Scotland.
