Day and time change for MATF meetings

Hi everyone,

The last couple of weeks the participants of the MATF voted on their day
and time preference for our weekly meetings.

Our new day is *Wednesday *(previous: Monday)
Our new time is *9:00 AM Eastern Time* (previous: 3 PM)

The W3C calendar has been updated, it shows your local time.

*Next meeting: 1 May 2024, 09:00-10:00 Eastern Time*

The initial plan was to switch to two meetings, one at a US-friendly time
at the even weeks, and one at a EU/Asia-friendly time at the odd weeks.

However, after voting there appeared to be one specific date and time where
almost everyone could join at the same time. I have been in contact with
those who initially indicated that they could not attend. Most of them can
attend regularly, although the time is not ideal.

That's why I made the decision to keep it to one meeting, repeating every
week.

Thanks everyone for voting, and see you next Wednesday!
