Launch of appt.org with WCAG guidelines for apps

Hi all,

As mentioned in previous MATF meetings, we set 30 January 2023 as our
launching day of appt.org <https://appt.org/en> - which was yesterday! We
are officially live!

The website contains at least one code sample for each WCAG 2.1 level A +
AA success criterion.
Each code sample is available for Android (kotlin), iOS (swift), Flutter,
React Native and Xamarin.

We have also created shortlinks to easily jump to a specific SC, e.g. for

In addition to WCAG, we also have listed the SC's referenced in EN 301 549
