Launch of beta.appt.org with WCAG guidelines

Hi all,

As mentioned in the MATF meeting on 19 September, we launched
https://beta.appt.org today!

On the page https://beta.appt.org/en/guidelines/wcag you can find our
explanation for each WCAG success criterion. At this moment, we have plain
English versions for all level A and AA criteria. We have added code
samples for some of the most common failures, such as 1.1.1, 1.3.1, 1.4.4,
4.1.2 and 4.1.3.

More content is following in the next months. Hope it helps, and look
forward to discuss it in the next meeting.
