start with the introduction just the basics, what outcome is going to

Looking at example

Jeanne: summary, how it solves the user need – a lot of copy paste here
from 2.1. When to use it background of any of the resources that we
used. Assumptions we are linking to a definition of what the assumptions
are. Accessible content testing group does automated and very precise
manual testing that governments particularly want. This is their
definition of assumptions.

Jeanne: we look at past examples and applicable examples.

Jeanne: applicability and expectations are very technical – more
oriented toward automated testing but it's not limited to automated
testing. Applies to manual testing as well

Jeanne: that's are designed for the method – also call them techniques

Perrin: it's easier to read

Perrin: maybe it's because I'm a UX person – I like how it solves user
need high up – leading with that

Jeanne: that's the first step and we look at the different groups of
people and their common and unique needs. We are trying to tease out
what should we be doing, what we can do something about, what would
solve something for one group but introduce a problem for others – the
ability to realize that
