More work on methods portion of it for next time

Summary: Perrin – Android trends accessibility for everyone through 
personalization, packaged so easier to parse, more friendly bundling, 
double linking – from accessibility but also not in accessibility
… Reframing accessibility so it's less scary and other entry points. 
It's also an extremely high cognitive load going through accessibility 
settings
