Hi all, having discussed https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/issues/59 further with some of my colleagues (note the comments added at the end of the issue today), I'd consider retiring the proposed SC - while I'd love to see it for completeness, I *think* a site/app that would fail this would be problematic for all users on a pointer-only device (e.g. mobile with just touchscreen and no way to raise an on-screen keyboard arbitrarily, as is the case with most mobile/tablet OSs/UAs), and not something that is more dramatically/specifically problematic for PWDs.
