And I'm not saying that there aren't differences between 
mouse/touchscreen, large screen/small screen, etc. I'm saying let's 
actually be precise about terminology used, or risk having language that 
is immediately obsolete.

If the worry is that small-screen versions may think they're exempt from 
being accessible if they provide a link to a large-screen version, then 
let's be specific about what we're actually trying to say without 
falling back to "mobile vs desktop". See for instance
