I was skimming over the minutes from yesterday's WCAG WG call https://www.w3.org/2016/08/30-wai-wcag-minutes.html and noting the concerns in topic 4 about Touch with AT being perhaps too tech-specific. As I was also proposing a "Keyboard with AT" SC (concerned with AT that remap keystrokes), maybe we should consider merging these two SCs into a general "Input remapped by AT" type SC? The techniques will then be more tech-specific, but the general high-level concept will be the same: some AT will remap the normal input mechanisms (AT grabbing specific keystrokes, or intercepting specific touchscreen gestures, etc), and that authors need to account for that (by sticking with input-agnostic event listeners, for instance).
