Rejoin the WCAG Working Group

As Andrew just announced, the WCAG Working Group is now operating under
its new charter:

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-gl/2015JulSep/0246.html

The charter adds normative deliverables, so under the Patent Policy,
everyone must accept these deliverables. You do this by "rejoining" the
group.

If you participate primarily in a *task force* (Cognitive, Low Vision,
Mobile), but you participate via the WCAG WG, you still *must rejoin the
WCAG WG* to continue participating in the task force. Contact me
privately if you're not sure whether this applies to you.

*Everyone must rejoin*: Member organization representatives, Invited
Experts, and Team.

The join form for everyone is at
http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/35422/join.

*Member organizations*: your Advisory committee representative must
rejoin the group for you (unless you are the AC rep yourself of course).
When they do this, everyone from that Member org will be rejoined with
no further effort required on their part. If you are not sure if your
organization has rejoined yet, or you need help getting in touch with
your AC representative, contact me privately.

*Invited Experts* and *Team*: the same join form will allow you to
reinstate your personal participation.

There is a 45-day grace period to take care of this. Please take care of
it as soon as possible so you do not forget. Anyone who has not rejoined
at the end of the grace period will be automatically removed from the group.
