Hi everyone, I have done a bit more work on M016 and created a pull request. Jeanne, Kim or Kathy, can you update M016 from that? It is not clear that the hamburger menu (see AnySurfer's example http://examples.anysurfer.be/dropdown/ ) is a design pattern that we should recmmend in a technique, and I would like to discuss that. Given that it is very common, I still think it is useful to point to an accessible implementation since so many hamburger icons out there are not focusable by keyboard - designers think it is not necessary because "this is the touch version". A variant of this navigation technique (i.e. possibly a new mobile technique) might be dynamically reordering DOM content for a mobile view so the navigation is placed at the bottom of the page (obviously with a skip link to go there quickly). Maybe we can discuss this today or in the nexct telco?
