I haven't finished, but I wrote some sections of the Introduction to the Note, as assigned. https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/mobile-a11y-tf/wiki/Note:_WCAG_2.0_and_Mobile I also reorganized sections of the main wiki page so that the most current work was at the top and easy to find.
