Dear Mobile A11y TF, 

Regrets for me for the 21st Feb Meeting.  Things should be back to normal next week - fingers crossed.

I did have a chance to run through the HTML Techniques 2 - 60.  It looked to me like there would be a small number of changes which would be needed.
