Title: Google's community Translation in Sub Saharan Africa

Description: 

- Highlight Google's involvement in community translation, specifically the Kiswahili Wikipedia Challenge, and Health Speaks initiatives that are both aimed and increasing local language wikipedia content.

- Discuss key learnings and recommendations for using volunteer / community translators and stimulating a participatory culture
