[Madrid] Expression of interest

Hello there,

My name is Michal Boleslav Měchura, I work for the Fiontar department in 
Dublin City University, Ireland as a language technologist. I have been 
involved in the development of several lexical databases and bilingual 
websites. Previously, I worked for Microsoft Ireland as a localization 
test engineer. I am interested in encoding stardards (Unicode, language 
tags and the like), in multilingual content management, and also in 
multilingualism on the web in general and in the sociolinguistic aspects 
of multilingual websites.
