Yinli Chen appointed as Co-Chair of the MiniApps Ecosystem Community Group; Yongqing Dong steps down

Dear MiniApps Ecosystem CG members,

This is to inform you that Yongqing Dong (Xiaomi) has stepped down as co-chair of the MiniApps Ecosystem Community Group [1] in order to focus on other responsibilities.

I am pleased to announce Yinli Chen (Xiaomi) as a new co-chair of the Community Group. 

We would like to express our thanks to Yongqing Dong for his contributions to the group. We welcome Yinli Chen to his new role.
