I am preparing an experiment for publication to compare "realistic" XML and JSON parsing and query speeds in real browsers - desktop and mobile ! . If anyone is interested I would love to include a "MicroXML" parser in the mix. This parser needs to be able to run entirely in "The Browser" which means JavaScript *or* GWT. ( I am writing the client app in GWT so a pure Java implementation that can run with GWT is acceptable). My corpus does include a few XML documents with namespaces but these could be stripped out as they are not really needed they are just baggage from collecting real world XML. Let me know if you would like details or like to participate. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- David Lee Lead Engineer MarkLogic Corporation dlee@marklogic.com Phone: +1 812-482-5224 Cell: +1 812-630-7622 www.marklogic.com<http://www.marklogic.com/>
