Huh. The Law of James Clark ("When you think James is wrong about a
matter of fact, think again, and then apply the Law of James Clark")
strikes again. You're right, of course.
I think then that it goes under the same category as element and attribute
names: we warn people about the possible bad consequences of using such
names for their own purposes.
