I've added a couple of pages to the Wiki, including:

http://www.w3.org/community/microxml/wiki/Initial_Status

When we start making decisions about what to add, I envisage starting
a separate Current Status page which would show the current state of
play, perhaps with a succinct rationale for each decision.
