TPAC 2025 planning

Hi Media WG,

TPAC 2025 will be held in Kobe, Japan, from 10 to 14 November [1]. These will be hybrid meetings with in-person and remote attendance.

Groups have been asked to request meeting slots by 20 June.

As a starting point, I suggest we do similar to TPAC 2024 [2], and organise 3 meeting slots dedicated for Media WG topics, and 1 for a possible joint meeting with Web RTC WG. Does this sound OK to you?

Also, this year there'll be an increased number of breakout slots, with 6 one-hour slots on Wednesday, and one slot on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
