Media & Entertainment Interest Group meeting on Media Capabilities

Hi Media WG,

Over in the Media & Entertainment Interest Group, our next meeting will be looking at Media Capabilities, to get wider input on some of our open issues - things like text track capability detection, transitions between codec configurations, decoding vs rendering capabilities, or any other input or feedback people have.
