TPAC 2023 agenda planning

Hi Media WG,

TPAC 2023 will be held in Seville, Spain, from 11 to 15 September. These will be hybrid meetings with in-person and remote attendance, as last year.

Media WG meets on Monday 11 September from 14:30 to 18:30 Central European Summer time (that's 05:30 to 09:30 US Pacific and 21:30 to 01:30 in Japan).

Please see this GitHub issue where we'll prepare the agenda: https://github..com/w3c/media-wg/issues/40. I welcome your input in shaping the agenda.

I suggest also watching this repo, to receive updates on group-wide topics and meeting agendas.

There will also be meetings of related groups at TPAC, including: Media & Entertainment Interest Group, Web RTC WG, Timed Text WG, Audio WG, Second Screen WG, Audiovisual Media Formats CG.

I hope to see you there, or online if you can't be there in person.
