Call for Editors: Media Capabilities

Hi all,

With Chris Cunningham and Mounir Lamouri no longer active in the WG, we need people take on the editor role for Media Capabilities [1], to help move the spec towards Candidate Recommendation status.

We discussed in the Media WG meeting last week [2], and thank you to Jean-Yves for volunteering.

Please let me and Jer know if you would like to join Jean-Yves as a co-editor.
